OVERVIEW
The aim for 2009-11 is to cement Vitals as an engine room in the curate/produce/support framework. By providing a base for smaller improvised productions by gifted young producers, directors or collectives, this will give these groups more opportunities through which Vitals can act as conduit for artists, projects, and development. It will empower artists (in all their guises - emerging, established, community) to identify brokering opportunities, festival and further prospects and sustainability in arts practice.

To achieve these creative aims, there will be a pro-active interconnected approach with each sector supporting and connecting with the next. To remain central, Vitals will be the solid foundation throughout the programs, productions and initiatives. In this case; curate, produce and support. This will flow through the means - performances, residencies, emerging work, emerging artists, established works and practitioners, community branches, relationships and partnerships.
